Aisha Jamila Hinds has been an American actor for more than a decade. Her roles are in The Shield as well as True Blood. Since her debut in 2003 she has proven her acting versatility by giving outstanding performances in television series such as 9-1-1 Detroit 1--8-7, and Under the Dome. Anna's character as a character in Assault on Precinct 13 was her debut big breakthrough. But it was her role as women's rights campaigner Fannie Lou Hamer on the film biographical All the Way that finally made her an actor. Hind was also acknowledged for her performance as Harriet Tubman in WGN America's time-travel television drama Underground. She currently stars on the procedural drama series 9-1-1 in the leading role of firefighter/paramedic Henrietta Hen Wilson. 20th Century Fox Television renewed 9-1-1 for a brand new season. Hind finished filming in the last few days for the Hollywood movie Godzilla: King of the Monsters. It is due to release in the middle of 2019. The father Krishnaraj is a senior Army scientist, who died March 18, 2017. Mother Vrinda was a housewife. Aditya is her older brother who is also an engineer in the merchant navy. Her younger brother Aditya Rai co-produced Dil Ka Rishta and wrote it together with Bachchan. Arya Vidya Mandir was the school that Bachchan went to after her family moved to Mumbai. Following her completion of intermediate courses through Jai Hind College, she enrolled at D.G. Ruparel College, Matunga. The college scored 91% on her H.S.C. exams. She took classical music classes and dance for 5 years in her teens. She loved studying zoology. Bachchan was an undergraduate student in architecture in 1994, when she won the title of Miss World. This title launched her to the forefront of modeling. In 2003, she received high-paying jobs with PepsiCo Inc. as well as Vogue magazine. She also was offered a contract to be a L'Oreal Paris spokesmodel. She had two critically acclaimed roles: Iruvar and Aur pyaar hojaia. Bachchan became the front in New Bollywood after both films challenged the conventional structure of Bollywood films of the moment. Bachchan became the Queen of Bollywood by playing Paro the betrayed love in Devdas, (2002). Devdas was among Bollywood's biggest successes. It was also the first film to screen at Cannes Film Festival. Chokher bali (2003) was the next film that she won acclaim. It's a thriller inspired by Rabindranath Tagore's novel. The same year, she was chosen as the very first Indian actor on the Cannes Film Festival Jury. Bachchan made an appearance in Gurinder Chadha's Bride and Prejudice which is a musical and a dance version of Jane Austen's Pride and Prejudice. Bachchan could bring her stunning beauty and glam in her debut English language film. The return of Bachchan to Bollywood was in Dhoom: 2 2006 before she released Provoked The Provoked True Story (2006). In April 2007, she was married to Abhishek Bachchan, a regular co-star as well as the daughter of Bollywood legendary Amitabh Bachchan in a marriage that reunited two of India's greatest personalities.
