Big Time Rush, an American pop boy group was founded in the year 2009. The group is made up of Kendall Schmidt, James Maslow, Logan Henderson, and Carlos PenaVega. They signed their first contract with Nick Records in 2009. Then, Columbia Records transferred them to their new label. The group was featured in Nickelodeon's TV show Big Time Rush. The show aired from November 28 in 2009 until July 25, 2013. The pilot episode showcased the group's first single promo, "Big Time Rush". The group released three studio albums: BTR in 2010 and Elevate (2011) as well as 24/Seven (2013). In 2014, the band stopped performing for an indefinite period that ran until 2021.
